Post 6 Time travel to the future

It would really be amazing to travel to the future and know a lot of things that will happen, but at the same time it is scary to meet something terrible.

But if it is possible I would really like to know the destiny of my place where I live, Chile. Since these last 2 years many things have happened that will change the future of Chile, but there is too much uncertainty of what will happen in the future with Chile. So I would make a time travel to 2030, where I should see a political, social and economic stability in Chile.

I would like to see a plurinational country, where all the cultures that make up the country are respected and learned from, and where politics is not just opportunism and populism. It has been really sad and humiliating all that thousands of people have had to go through for several years because of the fault of a few.

Traveling to 2030 would help a lot to prevent many bad things that harm the future of the next generations that will live in this country.

Pero entre viajar al futuro y viajar al pasado, me gustaria mucho mas el pasado. Hay muchas preguntas que me gustaría responder, pero eso queda para otra publicacion.

But between traveling to the future and traveling to the past, I would like much more the past. There are many questions I would like to answer, but that is for another publication.

What do you think will happen to Chile in 10 years?

  7. I believe that nine years may be little to have political, social and economic stability, but it is also true that perhaps in 2030 climate change will have wiped out us :(

Post 2 The best Holidays

I have the best holiday when I traveled by car to Chiloé with all my family. This trip to Chiloé was many years ago when I was 15 years old. I remember it very well because it was our first trip away from Santiago with my whole family. It was a trip of many hours by car.  We spent 1 week on the island of Chiloé camping in camping areas. From the island we were able to get to know the unique culture of the area, its gastronomy, its friendly people, the unique views and its history. I remember when they taught us about the mythology of Chiloé, such as: El Trauco, La Fiura, El Caleuche, etc.  I don't know if they were my best holidays, but they were the ones I remember most fondly. I hope someday to return to the island of Chiloé and to be able to visit all the churches on the island. The architecture of the island is incredible for its wooden designs.  Thanks for visiting my blog.

Post 1 A country I would like to visit

Hello, this time I want to talk about the country I would like to visit. The United States is the country I would like to visit, but the state of Hawái because it has beautiful views, landscapes and culture, plus it is an island. I don't really know much about Hawái, but I do know they have filmed many famous movies, for example Jurassic Park witch it's wonderful scenery, Godzilla, Pacific Rim, etc. In a very specific place on the island there are signs with all the names of the movies that were filmed there. I would like to go and relax on the beaches of Hawái and drink their fruit juices. They say that the people of the island are very kind to turists. So I would really be happy to visit the island. If possible, live for a while on the island to be close to beaches and to get to know all the culture. I hope you also want to and can travel to Hawái.  Thanks for visiting my blog.

Post 8 English language challenges

My experience learning English throughout my life has not been the best, I am one of those people who find it very difficult to understand and speak it. I also find it difficult to give myself the time I should to learn the language.  At the university I have improved a little bit my fear of the language, but still it has been hard. The teachers have been really good, I just find it hard to get the message. The blog activity has been very useful to learn to understand and read coherently each paragraph published by my classmates. Even though I have to improve many areas with my relationship with English, such as understanding and listening well to questions in English, when they ask me questions in English my brain freezes completely and I can't understand the question and I end up getting the wrong word. Also English is always present in my days: listening to music, reading articles and researches, movies and series, others. I sometimes watch movies in English and without su...
